It is time to gather & celebrate, to be revived & enthused: join us at Gariep Dam from 10-14 September 2007 for the Vineyard Pan-African Leadership Conference 2007. South Africa
Dear Vineyard Family & Friends The title of this year's conference suggests a 'Mirror & Windscreen' type theme. We are celebrating 25 years of the Vineyard in Africa. We will hear via multimedia clips from leaders from around the world who have impacted on the African Vineyard in those years (look out for John Wimber starring as himself, and Elvis paying tribute to what the Vineyard has meant to music!).Looking through the Windscreen, we will have workshops on themes we have found to affect many leaders, e.g. 'Healing The African Male's self-concept'; 'Healing - equipping every church member to heal'; 'Grace and Transformation'; etc. We will have representation from an unprecedented 16 African nations, the USA and Europe. We are planning a 'Bible and Prayer hour' each morning, followed by plenaries that will be a celebration of what God has done in our nations and what He is saying in and through the indigenous leadership in nations like Kenya, Tanzania, DRC and Cameroon, and partnership leaders like Bubba Justice of the US, Eduardo Kiakauna from Switzerland, etc. We look forward to evenings around the fire, sharing stories & building friendships. We fully expect to be encountered afresh by the Holy Spirit. We have a future, and it is African. It involves serving in the nations and learning from and with the outstanding leaders who will be there. So, BE THERE! Costa Trackback(0)
