Looking at things in perspective.

Lord help me to understand
That the starkness of winter,
Is but a forerunner
To the glories of spring.

Lord help me to remember
That the dark clouds that gather,
Bear not the message of gloom
But speak of the abundance of rain.

Lord help me to realise
That the trials of Job
Are not the end of grace
But simply God’s way.

True! Beautiful Psalm Nimi. The word contrasting choice paints pictures. Starkness of winter.. nice! On another note, we are doing a series in our church and the theme is close to your Psalm. I should share it with our church.
